found a stray need help?

I found a female pit bull … she's got bad eating (how much does it cost to treat?) and nipples huge, I do not know if it means just to have puppies or has been used for breeding several times, I suppose it has escaped from negligent owners, the type to use dogs to fight against .. She is very sweet and get lucky once would have passed his medical needs are met. I have custody of my mom in her big backyard. i cannot keep her w / me b / ci have a baby puppy and a dog too old, I do not want to contract this disease it may have wise.
