Itchy Dog??
My dog has recently been infested with fleas. We took care of that and has no visible chips for approximately a week now. But she still scratches herself all the time. I do not know if she has dry skin, because I know my husband would drop to drop her last week on two occasions to try to get rid of these stupid chips or if she has flea bites old?? I also noticed that she did her first foot (right between his toes) shes missing even some hair here … There is nothing I can do to soothe his itching or even to his foot better? / Thanks in advance.
Have you changed his food recently? The redness and lick between the toes is a food allergy-related cause called A lickgranuloma. Scratching can still be fromfleas. A large flea infestation takes months to clear fully in place and a bite may cause irritation. Call the vet can give medications to save it. Nothing else could make it work things. Believe me to be a vet tech, we had to amputate the tail because someone told them to arm and hammer on it for pat dry. Call the vet and see what he says.
