How would you get one extreme to stop licking lick you?
One of my weenie dog (Blue) is an extreme shopping How would you do about stopping or slowing language in his heart at least.
First, the kiss is self-reinforcing. So the first step is not to let the kiss. So to teach him to do something so opposite to lick or something he can not lick at a time. We could sit, where your face is out of reach, for example. Then, when it begins to look is for you as an ice cream cone in August tell him to sit before it gets to that language. Calmly praise him for sitting, but only while he is sitting. If it rises, you turn away. Keep quiet praise for exuberant praise tends to rev him and encourage jumping and licking all over again.
