What is / how do you become a breeder registered simply curious?

What is a breeder registered? How can we become? Are they certified through AKC or something? Again, I do not want to be one, I just have never heard of a farmer "registered" before and I wondered how it worked.
There is nothing like a registered breeder. Dogs recorded, but farmers are not well as the name of the producer appears on the certificate of registration of a dog. Breeders who worked hard to maintain specific lines are applicable to the AKC to register their kennel name as a deterrent to others use it in any form in the name of a registered dog. Otherwise, farmers are not registered. In some communities, farmers must become Registerd with their local animal control. They pay an annual fee or tax, to overcome the limits of the community on the number dogs owned or sterilization / neutral legislation. These costs vary considerably from city to city.
