whats the cost of a kennel license in Houston, TX?
I have four German Shepherds and 2 mixed breed puppies. I've gotten complaints from a neighbor grumpy about having too many animals, and the pound sterling has appeared and said that if I wanted to have more than 3 dogs that I need a license Kennel. Does anyone know the cost of the kennel license? And it is an annual charge?
