Initially, Action Fiberglass & Manufacturing Limited was founded in 1980. Initially, Action, then known as Atlantic Winnebago Kaps shells imported from the United States and assembled in its factory in Dieppe, New Brunswick.

Action Van & Truck World Limited was added to the mixture when J & D Supplies Oshawa was acquired form the Action Group of companies. There was a distribution facility now operates as the distribution Action in Pickering, Ontario, and the Action Van & Truck World Retail Store and franchised stores across Ontario.

Over the past twenty last eight years the company has become a brand name most recognized in the industry of light truck accessories. In recent weeks, I visited your store in Ottawa seeking advice on a job I was considering for my Jeep. During This time, I found the staff to be extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable! On more than one time I even found that the staff remembered my name … which is extremely rare nowadays. Although the amount of my amendment was not extreme, I been handled to my surprise with the utmost respect.

The staff of the Dartmouth location is A-1 in my books. They really understand customer needs and do not try to sell you something you do not need. I rate Mike as one of th best in customer service & goes the extra mile to meet a client. Stephen, one of the installers is very efficient and knows his stuff. What a great team in Dartmouth.
