can someone tell me step by step how to become a dog trainer? i live in florida?

also how is their starting pay

It does not become a dog trainer for money, you do for the love of dogs and to help others. The money is secondary, and is generally not enough to live longer just to supplement income. As for becoming a trainer. You have to train dogs yourself and work with many dogs of different ages, different races. Make a lot of research, read many books and attending many seminars. There are many wonderful trainers published, each with their own methods and styles. As a dog trainer, you will arrive in all sorts of questions, not always those that can be solved with basic commands of obedience.
